Belk Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Late payments may incur additional charges and service suspension

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

You are responsible for all applicable taxes and transaction fees

Refund eligibility depends on project stage and agreement terms

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to be valid

Work completed up to cancellation point will be charged

Deposits are generally non-refundable except in cases of service non-delivery

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 business days

Belk Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or products

Service interruptions due to technical issues or force majeure are not grounds for liability

Using services for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

Transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code
